Angels in Horse Hairs
Angels in Horse Hairs is a therapeutic wellness facility
focusing on the benefits of the horse and human connection that
has approval from American Wholehealth.
Angels in Horse Hairs includes equine activities incorporating
the experience of equine/human interaction in an environment of
learning or self-discovery. Equine facilitated learning
(EFL)promotes personal exploration of feelings and behaviors in
an educational format. Goals may be related to self-improvement,
social interaction, education, and leadership. The benefits of
participating in an EFL program include increased self-awareness
and confidence, improved trust, responsibility, direction,
self-discovery and much more. Programs are non-riding, no horse
experience is necessary.

Learn to ride and communicate with a rocky mountain
horse, how to properly care for a horse, arts and
crafts, swimming, fishing in the pond, games and more. Must
bring a helmet, riding shoes, swim clothes, towel and an extra
set of clothes. This camp is for eight hours each day of the
week Monday thru Friday. Snacks, drinks and lunch will be
provided. No experience necessary. Registration begins
February 1, 2008. Ages 6 and up.
Additional Programs
Mountain Horse Riding Lessons
Lessons are taught privately and are taken slowly to benefit
the student and the horse. Safety is the main concern for both
rider and horse. This process takes time and for some
experienced riders it takes longer to unlearn riding other
breeds of horses.
Bed & Breakfast
For horse travelers only. Guest accommodations, breakfast,
stall, and parking.
Barn Parties
Have your birthday party at the farm in the barn or by the
pool! Themes include Pink Cowgirl, Down on the Farm, and
Ride Em' Cowboy! Summer months only.
Day Retreats
Relax with a walk around the farm, use the labyrinth, swim in
the pool, enjoy a spa cuisine lunch, and receive a massage from
our certified massage therapist.
